The 20cm size is ideal for our family of 4, we had thought about the 24cm version but decided it wouldn’t fit very well on our hob and as it turns out we can get more than we need into the 20cm. We are new to steaming food and were pleasantly surprised by the taste and vibrant colour of the food and the texture of vegetables isn’t destoyed as it is with boiling and microwaving. Also suprised how quickly carrots and brocolli cooked in 8 to 10 minutes. Also much more convenient than taking veg out of the microwave every 2 minutes to stir. Just leave the steamer to do its job. Should have got one years ago. Product arrived in 2 days via city link, free delivery. Well packaged by the trader harts of stur who i recommend and will use again.
